GENERAL CONDITIONS

 – BOOKING OF THE RENT :

We shall send you, by post, a from to be filled and to return us.
When your demand will have been validated :
- an acknowledgement of receipt will be send to you by e-mail or by post.
To validate your booking in the fixed dates :
- You send the payment and the deposit by one of the proposed means.
- An notice of validation wil be sent to you, after controls, by e-mail or by post.
IMPORTANT :
The number of persons, during the booking, cannot be modified in the increase without agreement.
Any modifications of dates of stay, asked after the payment of the deposit, will be studied according to the available funds of the rent.

II - CONFIRMATION OF STAY :
The payment, accompagnied with the deposit (150.- €) must be paid at reservation of the bungalow.
- The deposit will be restored to you at your return, after the check of the inventory of fixtures.

Any delay or absence of payment whendue will pull the cancellation of your booking.

No repayment in case of departure or cancellation of stay

III ARRIVAL IN THE RENT :
We will welcome you at your bungalow
On demand we can welcome you at airport and will bring you upto your bungalow.(options)
In case of delay of plane, please prevent us as soon as possible. 

IV – DURING YOUR STAY :
We ask you respect the neighborhood, notably in the evening after 22 hours.
Your public behavior has to tring physical or moral damage in the local customs.

(The nudism is not tolerated in Mauritius.)
On the spot, be watchful.

Donot lease the bungalow without having closed windows and doors.
Important :
We remind you that this accomodation is foreseen for the number of persons indicated on your contract.
On no account you can live of supplementary persons without having had our agreement.
Any subleasing, division of any order are forbidden.

Any observation not corresponding to the numbers of accomodated persons, without autorisation,

Will give place to a taking of the deposit

V - DEPARTURE OF THE RENT:
- The rent will be released in the foreseen day you will put back keys.
- You must not have damaged the rent or any equipment being there.
You are responsible for damages and losses which arise, during the duration of the stay, in the accomodation the exclusive enjoyment

of which you are.

Any not corresponding observation will give place to a partial or total taking of the deposit.

On demand we will drive you to the airport (options)
